We have exhausted the time for delivering results. In my opinion, the 
winner should be

*AIDA2024-25    “Facets of Proportionality: Selecting Committees, 
Budgets, and Clusters,”   by Dr Jannik Peters*


If there is no vote against, this will be the option.

If someone wants to propose a forerunner, now is the time. Amanda and I 
will wait until next Monday at 1200 CET for more inputs.
