Thesis you believe has the greatest impact.</li>

<li>All communications and deliberations during this evaluation
process must remain strictly private.</li>
</ul>
<b>Voting Instructions:</b><br>
<ul>
<li><b>Green Vote:</b></li>
<ul>
<li>You may cast one green vote only.</li>
<li><b>Meaning</b>: “I will actively defend this Thesis to be
awarded.”</li>
</ul>
<li><b>Yellow Votes</b>:</li>
<ul>
<li>You may cast as many yellow votes as you wish.</li>
<li><b>Meaning</b>: “This is a strong candidate, and I can
provide positive arguments if needed.”</li>
</ul>
<li><b>Red Vote</b>s:</li>
<ul>
<li>You may cast as many red votes as you wish.</li>
<li><b>Meaning</b>: “I will not advocate for this Thesis.”</li>
</ul>
