Dear committee members, now we are in the position to start the bidding
process. After that, we will proceed to launch the evaluation process.
We have thirty applications for this edition, but not all of them sent
evidence of being acceptable for this prize. Amanda is dealing with the
issue, but we cannot delay the process as summer approaches, and we need
time to evaluate the impact of each Thesis.

We will give you access to a file with all the material.  Please uses
those links:

  * *All applications*:
    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yu9Fb4vjEghtmj-PArDfB5F8NFyT-wsn?usp=drive_link

  * *Excel*:

For this phase, please choose at least three candidates and fill in the
cell in the row with your name. On the /Biddings/ page, see column *Z*.
I already did the job. We will have until  27/06/2025 at  12 CET to
complete this task. After that, I will call for one or two meetings to
explain the procedure.

Thanks for your  time and cooperation
